David Moore represented the South Florida Water Management District regarding Clean Water Act issues and permits for restoring the Florida Everglades, an International Heritage Site

David Moore has become a go to legal counsel for emergency response including some of the most significant emergency responses in the country, addressing immediate exposure and regulatory issues, serving as primary contact for companies addressing releases and coordinating response, local emergency response governmental entities, federal response entities, cleanup levels and ARARS.  Dave has served as lead counsel for PRP lead cleanups, defense of CERCLA enforcement, administrative orders.
